ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Damage Claims: All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Cosmis Racing Wheels will provide all necessary documentation, but all claims must be initiated by the client. All packing materials must be kept by the recipient so they can be investigated by the carrier; Cosmis Racing Wheels accepts zero responsibility for clients and/or their customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact Cosmis Racing Wheels immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and is returned to Cosmis Racing Wheels by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts. If a refund is selected instead of reshipping the products, original shipping will not be refunded and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS
Returns: All returns are subject to approval by Cosmis Racing Wheels. Cosmis Racing Wheels will not accept any returns after 30 days. Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Returns are not allowed on wheels that have had a tire mounted. Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition with all pieces included. If wheels are damaged during return shipping due to improper repackaging, we will not accept the return. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the wheels are packaged the same way they received them. All shipping, original and return, is the responsibility of the client - all return shipments must be insured, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the client. When approved for inspection, a return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Any incoming shipments without an RMA number will be refused. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. A $10 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging.
WARRANTY
All Cosmis Racing Wheels have a lifetime warranty on the construction of the wheel (cracks or breaks) and 1 year on the finish of the wheel (for manufacturing defects). Warranty claims will only be valid with original proof of purchase from either us directly or an authorized dealer. Warranties do not transfer to a 3rd party or on used, open-box, and/or clearance wheels. All warranties must be authorized by Cosmis Racing USA. We require that you send us photos of the problem via email prior to sending the wheels back. Any wheel returned for warranty without authorization will be ignored.
Our warranty does not cover user error which include: Curbing of wheels, accidents, hitting potholes, damage caused by incorrect tire size (stretched tires), use of non-compliant chemicals when cleaning the wheels, and other user error occurrences. The warranty will automatically become void if the wheels are altered in any way, shape, or form, such as offset, bolt pattern, center bore, and so forth.
Cosmis Racing Wheels is not responsible for shipping cost, any damage or loss caused by delays, or any other charges incurred in the replacement of a defective product. If the returned wheel is found not to be subject to warranty coverage, the wheel will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement at sender's expense.
MISCELLANEOUS
Off‐Road Use Only Products and Emissions Regulation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Cosmis Racing Wheels, Inc. are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off-road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. Cosmis Racing Wheels does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. Cosmis Racing Wheels tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, clients should review the legality of products prior to purchase.
Pricing: Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of Cosmis Racing Wheels. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund the order in full, or give the client the option to pay the difference. Discounts are based on initial purchase and quarterly sales volume and can be changed at any time at Cosmis Racing Wheels discretion. If a change in your discount levels occurs, we will notify you.
Calls: Phone calls may be recorded for training purposes.
Exports: Cosmis Racing Wheels is bound by certain trade restrictions, so it is necessary that we know the country of ultimate destination and recipient for shipments. All commodities, technology, or software are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Cosmis Racing Wheels will not provide any export documents or export related documents for shipments not being exported from a Cosmis Racing Wheels location. Cosmis Racing Wheels will not complete NAFTA or AUSFTA documents.
Purchase Orders: Cosmis Racing Wheels will not accept verbal purchase orders nor will we process orders over the phone. All orders must be submitted directly on our website or through a custom invoice. This is for the safety of our customers.
Special Orders: Any item designated as “Special Order” cannot be cancelled once it has been placed on order and cannot be returned regardless of the circumstances.
